Easter Egg Fun in LotRO

Thanks to Tictaak of the Old Timers Guild, who asked "Just what do the symbols in the targeting circle actually mean? Just like one of those late night "what if" sessions, he actually went and found out what the symbols mean. Great job Tictaak and the Old Timers Guild!

In the later hours on Friday night, as often occurs, a number of somewhat unusual conversations start occurring as people become tired and their minds start to drift. Or perhaps it is a function of being up for 16+ hours and we all just get "punch-drunk" in essence. Late Friday night, I posed a question in guild chat which has occasionally puzzled me, but never thought to ask before. To wit: "What does the letters in the target reticle mean?" By this, I mean when you target a mob, friendly or otherwise, a circle appears under their feet. In that circle are vaguely runic symbols.
